Taylor Montgomery is a trial attorney who represents individuals across a wide-variety of legal matters, including wrongful death litigation, employment/overtime pay disputes, trucking and auto collisions, bad faith insurance claims, and various other catastrophic injury cases.

While less than 2% of cases go to trial, Taylor successfully tried 7 jury trials to verdict his first year as a licensed attorney. In less than 5 years, Taylor obtained over $11 million in settlements and verdicts for those injured by negligent companies and other reckless actors.

Taylor Montgomery has litigated cases against some of the biggest corporations in the world, including Ford Motor Company, Mazda Motor Company, Marriott Hotels, Lowe's Home Improvement, State Farm Insurance, and FedEx Transportation. Taylor feels privileged to fight for the people of our community and takes great pride in holding dangerous and dishonest companies accountable for their wrongful conduct.

Raised in Beaumont, Texas, Taylor received his undergraduate degree from Lamar University and subsequently earned his law degree from Baylor University where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship. During law school, Taylor made the Dean’s Honors List on multiple occasions, worked for several law firms as a summer associate, and clerked for the Honorable Judge Kent Walston of the 58th District Court in Beaumont.
